Gabriel Olearnik is a strategic adviser and investor with over two decades of experience in complex corporate disputes, special situations and cross-border transactions. He has advised corporations, shareholders, family offices and governments on matters spanning investigations, litigation strategy, asset recovery, governance and corporate intelligence.

Gabriel has led mandates across Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and the Americas. He combines deep investigative expertise with legal and financial thinking, and has a particular focus on situations where conventional approaches are insufficient.

Dr Oliver Reutter

Dr Oliver Reutter is an investigator and intelligence specialist with extensive experience in cross-border corporate investigations, due diligence and open-source intelligence. He has led investigations across more than 40 jurisdictions, with particular depth in Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union and the Middle East.

Oliver brings a rigorous analytical approach to complex mandates, combining human intelligence, open-source research and technical methods. He has worked on matters involving asset tracing, fraud, corruption, sanctions and corporate misconduct.

Cezary Cieńkowski
